1 cup flour
1 stick butter, softened
2 (3.4 oz) pkgs instant lemon pudding
8 oz Cool Whip
3 cups cold milk
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour and butter until crumbly. Press into 9x13-inch baking pan and bake at 350ºF for 15 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add 1 cup Cool Whip; mix. Drop onto crust and spread carefully. Mix milk and pudding and spread over cream cheese layer; chill 15-20 minutes. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top.
