2 c flour
3/4 c butter softened
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
6 eggs
2 c sugar
5 c cut up rhubarb
1 c milk
4 tbsp flour
1/8 tsp salt
3/4 c brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
mix flour, butter, powdered sugar and baking powder. Pat into a 9x13 pan Bake 15 min @ 350º
Combine the 6 egg yolks, sugar, milk, flour and salt. Mix well. Stir in rhubarb. Pour this over crust and bake 45 min.
Beat 6 egg whites till stiff. Add brown sugar and vanilla. Spread this on baked mixture and bake 15 min. or until light golden brown
