3 3-oz. pkgs. lemon jello
6 c. apricot nectar
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1st Layer: Dissolve 1 package jello in 1 cup hot apricot nectar and then add 1 cup cold nectar. Pour into 8 cup jello mold or 9x13" baking dish. Let set up while making second layer.

2nd Layer: Same as first layer but let it partially set up, then beat in the cream cheese and then pour over the bottom layer.

3rd Layer: Same as the first layer.
