2 lbs broccoli
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cube butter
1/4 cup flour
1 cup table cream
1 bouillon cube
3/4 cup hot water
2 T sherry
2 T lemon juice
pepper to taste
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1/4 cup slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli to barely tender with salt. Drain. Arrange in a baking dish. Melt butter, blend in flour, add cream slowly. Dissolve bouillon cube in water and add. Cook until thick and remove from heat. Add sherry, lemon, and pepper. Pour sauce over broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil almond slivers to toasty brown -- be careful not to burn! Sprinkle over. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes
