McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning
3 garlic cloves, sliced thinly
32 oz beef broth
1 onion, sliced thinly
any size beef brisket

Directions:
Directions:
Put sliced onion on bottom of roasting rack. Stuff brisket with garlic slices; rub Steak Seasoning all over brisket. Place brisket on top of onion slices. Pour broth into bottom of pan. Roast brisket at 350º, uncovered for 1 hour. Lower oven temperature to 300º, cover and roast for 4 hours. Let rest before you slice. Remove fat layer before slicing. Skim grease from gravy. Season gravy to taste, pour over brisket slices to serve and to save.
