8 ounce tube refrigerated crescent rolls
1 pound ground pork sausage, browned and drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
5 eggs
3/4 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Unroll the crescent dough sheet along the bottom of a greased 13x9 baking pan. Press all gaps together. Top with browned sausage. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together, then add cheese. Pour mixture over sausage and bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
