4 c. rhubarb (chopped fine)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Topping:
1 c. flour
1c. brown sugar
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Place the rhubarb in the bottom of a 9x9 pan and top with the dry ingredients. Pour the water over top. Mix the topping ingredients and crumble over the rhubarb. Bake at 375ºF for 35-40 minutes.
