Ingredients:  
1 package frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 lb. mushrooms
Sour cream to moisten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix spinach and soup mix. Add enough sour cream to moisten. Remove stems from mushrooms by holding cap and snapping stem. Chop stems and add to spinach mixture. Fill caps with mixture. Broil for 20 minutes, or until mushrooms are bubbly.
