2/3 cup Marsala
2 tbsp. brandy
2/3 cup sugar
5 egg yolks
2/3 cup milk
2 cups whipped cream
1/4 cup pine nuts

Directions:
Directions:
In double boiler, heat Marsala and until it bubbles. Stir in sugar. In bowl, beat egg yolks. Gradually stir in wine mixture. Add milk. Return to double boiler and stir until thick. Pour into dish and freeze until slushy (about 1.5 hours). Beat on high for 2 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart mold. Freeze. Unmold. Press pine nuts into sides.
