Crust:
60 Ritz crackers (crushed)
1 stick oleo (melted)

Middle:
1 qt. butter pecan ice cream (softened)
1 1/2 c. milk
2 pkgs. instant coconut cream pudding

Top:
1-8 oz. cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together Ritz crackers and oleo. Put in 9x13 pan. Save a little crumb for the top. Refrigerate a little while. Mix (by hand, do not use a mixer) ice cream, milk and pudding. Pour over crust. Set 1-2 hrs. Spread cool whip on top with rest of crumbs. Refrigerate over night.
