Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2-4 Slabs Baby Back Ribs
Rib Rub Seasoning (various types available)
Favorite Bbque Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 225º. Rub the slabs well with the Rib Rub. (OPTIONAL STEP: Place in roasting pan and marinate ribs for at least 8 hours -in a dark beer. Drain marinade.) Cut the slabs of ribs into 2-rib sections. (You can also leave them as slabs, especially if you plan on grilling them for the last step.) For each 2-rib section, stand them on their sides against one another - in large shallow roasting pan. Add 1" water to pan. Pour in 1/2 cup cider vinegar. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake at 225 degrees for 1.5 hours to tendarize. (If you use slabs - just find a pan long enough and lay the slabs flat - then add the water and vinegar, as directed above.)

Remove from oven and drain liquid. Place cut ribs back into large roasting pan. Then add your favorite Bbque Sauce (the more the better), sliced onions (optional), and any other additional seasonings you may want. Cover with aluminum foil and bake again at 225 degrees for 1.5 hours. You may choose to uncover the ribs the last 10 minutes and place under 'broiler' - it's all up to you. (OR...for slabs you intend to grill vice baking, as the last step - cover the slabs generously with Bbque Sauce and grill for 30 minutes.)
