1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar

1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. flour

1/2 pkg. milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars together. Next add in egg, milk and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Lastly add the chocolate chips.

Drop dough onto cookie sheet in approx. 1 inch balls. Bake @ 350º for about 8-10 minutes. Cookies are done when the edges start to turn slightly brown.

I use a small dough scoop to form the dough balls and they end up symmetrical and evenly sized. This is the same peanut butter cookie dough recipe I use for Peanut butter kiss cookies, minus the chocolate chips. I almost always double to recipe. The dough balls can be scooped on to a cookie sheet and frozen then put in tupperware container to be used later. The frozen dough balls are yummy too!
