8 Egss
1/4C Milk
1 1/2C Sugar
3 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 tsp Lemon Extract
1 1/4C Butter flavor Crisco (melted)
4 tsp Baking Powder
5 C Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients together. Add Crisco slowly. Gradually add Flour and Baking Powder. Mix until soft dough forms.
Use a small ice cream scoop to form balls and place 2' apart on cookie sheet.
Additonal amount of Flour maybe added if very sticky when rolled into ball.
Bake @ 400º 7-10 minutes until bottoms are slightly golden

Holiday family favorite. Anise Extract is a delicious substitute from Lemon.

Add grated Lemon to the batter increase flavor.

Confectionary sugar, food coloring and milk makes the glaze to coat the cookies when cool. Then put sprinkles on top. Enjoy!!!
