2 sticks unsalted butter
8 oz bittersweet chocolate chips
1-1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch kosher salt
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 TBSP amaretto
Cocoa Whipped Cream
1 pint heavy whipping cream
2 TBSP cocoa powder
2 TBSP powdered sugar

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a 1-inch overhang, grease paper. Melt butter and chocolate in double boiler and stir gently until smooth and shiny. Cool slightly.
2. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. Beat eggs, sugar and amaretto on high speed for 3 minutes, until well combined. Reduce speed to low and slowly pour in melted chocolate mixture, to combine. Gradually add flour mixture and incorporate until just combined.
3. Transfer batter to prepared pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick come out clean. Carefully lift brownies out of pan, cool.
4. For cocoa whipping cream: Beat whipping cream, cocoa and sugar on high speed until soft peaks form. Serve with brownies.
