1 lb pkg Shredded Hashbrown
1/2 Green Pepper, chopped
1 sm Onion, chopped
2 T. butter or margarine, plus more as needed
1 sm. can Mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese
1/4 lb. Ham, chopped
4 precooked Sausage patties, chopped
or 1/2 lb. Sausage, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, use equal amount of chopped green pepper and onion w/ butter. Cook until translucent. Add mushrooms, ham, sausage and hasbrowns, add a bit more butter. Mix all ingredients, cover and cook until hashbrowns are browned on one side, turn over mixture. Add the cheeses and mix. Cook until the cheese has melted. Season to taste.
