3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 jar (12 oz) apricot preserves
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 medium bananas, mashed
1/2 cup nuts
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
GLAZE
1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 TBSP apricot preserves
1 TBSP water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar and butter in large bowl. Reserve 2 TBSP apricot preserves (for glaze), stir remaining preserves, vanilla and eggs into sugar mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread in greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 350ºF about 30 minutes until golden brown. Cool.
Mix all glaze ingredients to desired consistency, spread over bars.
