Plastic Wrap 18" to 24" wide
Dry Rub (store bought or homemade)
Turkey injector
Injection sauce (store bought or homemade)

Directions:
Pulling the Plastic wrap from the box not cutting the wrap. Lay the trimmed brisket across the film. Put the dry rub all over the meat top and bottom inside if possible. Wrap the brisket 4 or 5 times folding the ends over very tight. Fill the injector with marinade solution and inject into the meat the amount desired. Turn the meat long ways and start flipping it over and over for about 10 or 15 times then turn the long way and roll the meat 10 or 15 times folding the loose ends so it is sealed tight. Preheat grill or oven 300º. Remove meat from plastic wrap and place in disposable aluminum pan, not touching the sides. Grill or Bake for 4 hours if you are going to smoke the meat, or 5 hours if not smoked.
