1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. pork sausage
1/2 lb. bacon
2 c. chopped onions
3 cloves garlic
1 c. chopped green peppers
6 oz. tomato paste
2 1/2 T. chili powder
1 1/2 t. ground cumin
2 T. flour
1 1/2 t. salt
1 15 oz. can kidney beans
1 15 oz. can black beans
1 15 oz. can chili beans
2 qts. crushed tomatoes
1 can mushroom stems and pieces
1/4 t. cayenne pepper

Chop and brown bacon, use bacon drippings to saute onions, garlic, green peppers, and mushrooms. Brown and drain the ground beef and pork sausage. Add bacon, vegetables and all the seasonings plus the flour and tomato paste. Mix well.
Add all beans and crushed tomatoes. Simmer for minimum of 1 hour. Adjust seasoning if necessary (may need to add salt, tobasco or cayenne)
If too thick add tomato juice, too thin allow to cook down.
