6 oz. ground beef, browned
6 oz. hot pork sausage, browned
1 c. water
2 T. taco seasoning
1 can 16 oz. kidney bean w/ liquid
1 can 8 oz. tomato sauce
1 can 16 oz. Rotel tomato
1 pkg. 16 oz. frozen corn
1 medium onion, chopped
1 46 oz. can tomato juice
Toppings:
chili flavored corn chips
sour cream
shredded cheddar cheese

Brown meat and saute onion. Stir in all other ingredients and simmer for 15 min. Serve in bowls w/ shredded cheese, crushed corn chips and spoon of sour cream
