4 slabs Baby Back Ribs
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Garlic, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Season ribs with salt, pepper, and garlic. Wrap each slab of meat tightly in aluminum foil to seal. Place in an uncovered roasting pan and bake at 325 degrees for two hours. Remove ribs from foil; brush with your favorite barbeque sauce; and place on a grill over medium heat for five to 10 minutes.
