1 pouch (1lb.5oz) Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix
1/2 c coconut
1 tbsp grated lime peel (about 1 lime)
3 tbsp lime juice
6 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
1 egg
1/4 c powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350º in a large bow, stir cookie mix, coconut,lime peel, lime juice, butter and egg until soft dough forms.
2. On ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by level tablespoonsful 2 inches apart.
3. Bake 9-12 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Cool completely, about 15 minutes.
4. With small strainer, sift powedered sugar over cooled cookies.
