2 tbsp butter
chopped onion
1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp flour
salt/pepper
can mushroom stems & pieces drained
1 can cr. chicken soup
1/2 c sour cream
1/4c cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add onions and cook 5-10 minutes until soft. Add ground beef then drain. Sprinkle flour, salt, pepper over beef mixture. Add mushrooms and cook 10 minutes. Add soup cook another 10 minutes. Add sour cream and cheese-heat and stir until cheese is melted
