2-3 pounds country style ribs
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon garlic
2 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
2-4 tablespoon A-1 sauce
1/2 cup peach jam (homemade)
1/2 cup strawberry jam (homemade)
1 tablespoon mustard

Heat oil on medium heat. Sear ribs on all sides until just brown. Place ribs in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl; pour over ribs. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.

While I was taking a shower Andy managed to eat the entire crock pot of ribs. As I went to sample some ribs, they had disappeared. I have no clue as to what they taste like, but they smelled good. Andy, however. had the biggest grin, rubbed his belly and said they were great!
