Crust:
3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar

First layer:
1 box (3 oz.) lemon Jell-O©
1 cup hot water
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1 package whipped topping or 1 pt. whipping cream

Second Layer:
2 boxes (3 oz.) Strawberry Jell-O© (or any flavor)
3 cups hot water

Directions:
Directions:
For crust:
Mix and pat firmly in 9x13 pan.
Bake at 375º for 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

For first layer:
Dissolve Jell-O© in hot water. Set aside to cool at room temperature.
Cream sugar and cream cheese together until smooth. Whip the whipping cream and fold into the cream cheese mixture. Add cooled lemon Jell-O© to the cheese mixture. Pour into cooled crust and chill in refrigerator until firm.

For second layer:
Dissolve the two boxes of Jell-O© in the three cups of hot water and cool. Then pour slowly on top of hardened cheese mixture (1st layer) and chill until firm.
