1 cup butter
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 cups blended oatmeal (blend in blender to a fine powder)
16 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and baking soda in bowl and set aside.

In separate bowl, mix the butter with sugar and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Then gradually add flour/oatmeal mixture. Add chocolate chips.

Roll into balls and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 375º.
