1 lb. unsalted butter, room temp
1 lb. cream cheese, room temp
1 lb. confectioners’ sugar, sifted
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a stand mixer until smooth.

Makes enough to frost 40 cupcakes or 2 cakes.

Will keep for 5-7 days sealed in fridge.
