1/3 cup melted butter
1 qt. mint chocolate chip ice cream (or other preferred flavor)
3 large squares of baking chocolate
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
2 small cans evaporated milk

Directions:
Take ice cream out of freezer. Grease 9x13 pan. Crush Oreos© in blender or food processor. Mix in melted butter. Press mixture into greased pan and freeze for 1/2 hour. Once set, take out of freezer and pour semi-melted ice cream over the crust. Smooth evenly with a spatula. Freeze completely, overnight. The next day, melt 3 large squares of baking chocolate in a large saucepan over medium heat. Mix in 1 cup of sugar and 2 tablespoons of butter. Add 2 small cans of evaporated milk. Stir until thick (10 minutes), cool completely. Pour over frozen mixture and freeze. Take out of freezer 20-30 minutes before serving. Top with whipped topping (optional).
