Ingredients:  
1 Yellow Cake Mix; prepared according to directions
5 cups Rhubarb, cut-up
1 cup Sugar
1 pint Whipping Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Pour cake mix into a greased 9x13 pan. Add 1 cup of sugar to the cut up rhubarb and put over the top of the cake mix. Pour whipping cream over the top of everything. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Serve with Cool-Whip.
