Salad:

1 bag of mixed salad greens ("Spring Mix" recommended)
2 medium avocados (peeled and chopped)
1 container of fresh cut mango (or 1 large mango, peeled and chopped)
1 basket of strawberries (washed and sliced)
4 large heirloom tomatoes (washed and chopped)
1/4 small purple onion (peeled and sliced)
1/4 cup of dry-roasted slivered almonds

Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing:

1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. agave nectar
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Italian seasoning blend (to taste) or fresh seasonings (garlic, basil, oregano)

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, toss together the salad ingredients.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
