2 packages chopped spinach
1 1/2 lbs. cooked shrimp
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup chopped green onion
Salt, pepper, and paprika
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Melt butter. Add flour. Stir. Add milk and stir until thick. Add wine, drained spinach, and shrimp. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Pour into casserole dish. Top with cheese and green onion. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
