Ingredients:  
1 & 1/4 c sugar
2 & 3/4 c whole wheat flour
1/4 c cornstarch
2 & 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 c margarine
2 eggs
1 & 1/2 tsp lemon extract
1 tsp grated lemon rind (optional)
1 & 1/4 c milk
1/2 box poppyseeds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in bowl.
blend.
Add butter, eggs, extract, rind & 5/8 of the milk.
Blend.
Add rest of milk & poppyseeds.
Grease and lightly flour angel food cake pan.
Bake @ 350º, 40 to 45 minutes.
Invert onto cake plate.
Punch holes and pour the following lemon glaze over it:
1 c powdered sugar
2 or 3 T concentrated lemon juice
