Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 c flour
1 T baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Sift above together.
1 c butter-softened
3 c sugar
1 & 1/2 T vanilla
3 eggs
1 c cocoa powder
1 & 3/4 c milk

Beat butter & sugar in med bowl.
Add vanilla.
Add eggs one at a time, then add cocoa.
Continue beating and add milk & flour mixture alternately.
Pour into 10 inch Bundt pan.
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Cool upside down on wire rack.
Then drizzle confectioner's frosting and then Allegretto Glaze--see below.

1 & 1/2 c powdered sugar
5 tsp water.

Allegretto Glaze:
1 sq unsweetened chocolate
1/4 tsp shortening
Melt in double boiler.
