2 lbs. carrots
1 green pepper(med. to large)
1 onion(med. to large) I use sweet
1 can tomato soup
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. veg. oil
1/2 c. cider vinegar, 1/4 c. water
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Peel carrots and cut in rounds. Cook in alittle salt water just to tender.
Drain and pour into a long shallow dish.
Spread green pepper and onion over carrots while warm.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over all-then stir to mix.
Cover tightly and put in refrigerator overnight or about 8 hrs.
Drain well to serve.
-gets better and better for several days-
