CRUST
2 C all purpose flour
3/4 C sugar
3/4 C Land O Lakes butter, softened

FILLING
2 C sugar
1/4 C lemon juice
4 eggs
2 tsp freshly grated lemon zest
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 C all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
GLAZE
1 C powdered sugar
1 tbsp Land O Lakes butter, softened
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2-2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º Combine all crust ingred. in large bowl Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
Press mixture onto bottom of ungreased 13x9 pan. Bake for 18-22 min. or until edges are very lightly browned.
Meanwhile, combine all filling ingred. EXCEPT flour and baking powder in same bowl. Beat at medium speed until well mixed. Reduce speed to low; add 1/4 c flour and baking powder. Beat until well mixed. Pour filling over hot, partially baked crust. Continue baking for 23-25 minutes or until top is golden brown. COOL completely.
Combine all glaze ingred. EXCEPT lemon juice in small bowl. Beat at low speed, gradually adding enough lemon juice and scraping bowl often, for desired glazing consistency. Drizzle over cooled bars. Cut into bars
