1 box lemon cake mix
4 eggs
1 can lemon pie filling
6 oz cream cheese softened
1 c butter softened
4 c powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat until well blended cake mix (dry) and eggs. Fold in the lemon pie filling.
2. Grease jelly roll pan and put mixture in.
3. Bake at 350º for 18-20 min. (top should be slightly brown do not over bake)
4. Cool completely
5. Add cream cheese butter together, mix until well blended adding powdered sugar and vanilla and spread on bars. These freeze very well
