1/2 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1) Beat margarine to cream.
2) Add brown sugar, beat until creamy.
3) Add egg and vanilla extract.
4) Scrape bowl.
5) Add flour and baking soda, mix until blended (do not overmix).
6) Fold in chocolate chips.
7) Drop dough by rounded tsp. about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
8) Bake in Preheated 375 degree oven for about 8-10 minutes.
9) Let cool and ENJOY!
