1 cup butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups oatmeal
2 cups cornflakes
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, soda and powder then set aside. Cream butter and sugars, add egg and vanilla. Blend in flour mixture, oatmeal, cornflakes, coconut, nuts and chocolate chips. With an ice cream scoop place cookies on a silpat or parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 12 minutes
