"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Mix the soup, onions, cheese, and sour cream together. Mix in the hash browns. Place this mixture in a greased 9x13 pan. Pat in down flat. Place the turkey steaks on top. Salt and pepper. You may also want to save some of the cheese and put it on top. Cover with foil. I normally cook it at 250º for 4 hours. You could cook it at 300º for 3 hours.
