Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition; gradually mix in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded tbl. onto ungreased baking sheets. Personal Notes:
I love combining healthful ingredients into my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe. These cookies contain a great source of fiber & essential nutrients like Vitamin E, folic acid, & fatty acids. Because I love them fresh out of the oven I don't bake them all at once. I keep some dough in the fridge (up to 1 wk.) or in the freezer (up to 1 month). Last minute cravings or guests? Dig out the dough. How easy!
