1 package (3 1/2 oz.) of instant butterscotch pudding
1/2 cup corn oil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Grease the bundt pan (with butter, shortening, or oil) and sprinkle some flour inside lightly. Shake the excess flour off of pan – this prevents cake from sticking. Pour mixture into pan and bake for 50 minutes or so. *Check cake during cooking as ovens vary* Cool. Turn over and enjoy.

Serves 8-10
