"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 13×9" pan. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and vanilla until smooth. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour and sugar.
Beat the flour mixture into the butter mixture. Press 2/3 of the cookie dough mixture into the pan, reserving the remaining third. Bake about 10 minutes or until the crust turns light brown.
In a double boiler, melt half of the chocolate with the condensed milk. Once the crust has cooled for a bit, spread the jam over it. Then, pour the chocolate mixture over the jam. Sprinkle the remaining cookie dough over the top, and then sprinkle with the other half of the chocolate chips. Bake about 25 minutes. Let cool completely before serving.
