2 8oz pkg cream cheese
1 16 oz can crushed pineapple
1 green bell pepper or half green and half red bell pepper (for more color)
½ med onion
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Allow cream cheese to warm to room temperature.
Drain pineapple, squeeze out remaining juice until dry.
Chop bell pepper.
Mix all ingredients.
Mold into a ball and pack on nuts or leave as a dip and cover with nuts. Chill before serving.
