Ingredients:
Ingredients:
red potatoes washed
boiled eggs
celery
onion
Miracle Whip salad dressing
milk or cream
salt and pepper
mustard
vinegar
sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil a 2/3 full pot of potatoes whole until just tender. Cool completely. Peel and cut into small chunks. Cut up enough boiled eggs to give a good egg flavor. Cut up a bunch of celery and whatever onion is in the fridge and add to potatoes and eggs.

Now this is where it gets fuzzy ~ in a small bowl combine the rest of the ingredients ~ a scoop or two of miracle whip and a cup or so of milk or cream, a splash of vinegar, a squeeze of mustard, a good shake of salt and a pinch pepper, and a handful of sugar. Mix together and eye it to see if you have enough to make the potatoes creamy. If not add a little more of everything. Put your finger in to test the taste and add whatever you think it needs. Might ask someone else to taste it and get their opinion also. When it looks and taste good, mix it all together but be careful not to over mix. Chill in fridge.
