1 1/2 cups water
3 cups cranberries
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
3/4 cup cold water
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup nuts, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Add 1 1/2 cups water to cranberries. Bring to boil in covered saucepan and simmer 5 minutes. Add sugar and cook uncovered 5 minutes. Soften gelatin in 3/4 cup cold water and add to hot cranberry mixture. Add salt and chill until mixture begins to thicken, then add celery and nuts. Pour into 1 quart mold. Chill until firm.
