1 butter cake mix
1 small jello coconut cream pudding(instant)
Mix cake as directed add dry pudding mix and blend(for texture and taste).

ICING

1 large bag bakers coconut
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup egg whites
6 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tarter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. white karo syrup

Beat egg whites until they hold a peak.Add 6 tsp. sugar and cream of tarter.
Do this while you are boiling 1 1/2 c sugar,water and karo.When mixture spins a thread pour over egg whites,constantly beating as you pour. Add vanilla. beat until holds shape.Ice cake and cover with coconut.
