1 1/2 c brown sugar
1 1/2 c white sugar
1/2 c canola oil
1 egg
1 c milk
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
5 1/2 c flour

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Divide into 2 greased and floured 9" cake pans. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
These can be baked in 7 " pie dishes and would make 3.
