Whole Salmon
1 lemon, 1 orange
mayonnaise
garlic
dill

Directions:
Directions:
Brush 1 tbsp. of mayonnaise in belly of fish, slice lemon and orange and lay into belly of fish. Add 1 tsp. of crushed garlic, and 1 tsp. of dill. Dry salmon with paper towel and butter or oil lightly. Wrap salmon in tin foil (shiny side in), double wrap so it may be flipped for cooking. Bake at 400ºF or BBQ at medium heat for 15 minutes for every inch of thickness.
