The secret to Shannon Tacos is the preparation of the flour tortilla...

Place a small amount of oil on a griddle or frying pan and heat. Once oil is warm, place flour tortilla on griddle to cook. Top tortilla with grated cheese and continue to cook until cheese is melted and tortilla slightly browned (to taste).

Remove tortilla from heat and fill with your favorite meat and other topings, taco sauce, sour cream and guacamole.

Repeat until you can't eat anymore!
