1/2 c margarine
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. cool whip
2 -3 ounce packages pistachio pudding (Instant)
3 c. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix flour, margarine and nuts; pat into pan and bake 15 minutes at 350º. Cool.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip. Put on top of cooled crust
Mix pudding and milk. Put on top of cream cheese layer.

At Christmas time, put crushed candy canes on top or chocolate slivers.
