1 cup butter or margarine (softened)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar.
2 beaten eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt.
2 cups quick cooking rolled oats
2 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips.
Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake l0 min. at 350

Cream butter and sugars; add beaten eggs. Stir in the dry ingredients; add oats, vanilla and chips.
Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 - 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
This makes a large batch of chocolate chips.
